Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Content Team (the "Service"), an online AI content generation tool operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AI Content Team lets you enter a topic and runs a multi-step AI workflow (plan, write, edit) that produces text drafts for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, blogs, podcasts and newsletters. We also offer free single-purpose tools that do not require an account.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans and billing

• Free: $0, 3 workflows per month.
• Pro: $19 per month or $180 per year, 100 workflows per month.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT, invoicing and billing support. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Monthly workflow allowances reset each calendar month and unused workflows do not roll over. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the topics and information you submit and, to the extent we have any rights in it, we assign to you the content the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited license to process your content only to operate and improve the Service.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing it and for how you publish and use it, including compliance with each platform's rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or deceptive content;
• impersonate others, spread disinformation or run spam campaigns;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the limits or security of the Service;
• resell or share account access without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice to paying users.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
