This Privacy Policy explains how AI Content Team ("we", "us"), an online service operated by an independent developer, collects, uses and shares information when you use our website and web app (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, name and password (stored hashed), or the basic profile data provided by Google or GitHub if you sign in with them.
• Content you submit: topics, creator profile details (niche, audience, voice) and the content generated for you by workflows and free tools.
• Usage data: workflow and tool usage counts, basic product analytics events (such as page views and button clicks), IP address and browser information used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem. We do not receive or store your full card details. We receive limited information such as your email, subscription status and billing country.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email or through the feedback form.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service, including generating content from your inputs.
• To manage your account, plan and monthly usage limits.
• To process subscriptions, cancellations and billing questions (together with Creem).
• To send service emails such as password resets and important account notices.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To understand how the product is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your content to show you ads.

3. Service providers we share data with

We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed for their task:

• AI model providers (third-party large language model APIs): your topic, creator profile and workflow content are sent to them to generate results.
• Creem: payment processing, subscription management, tax handling and invoicing as Merchant of Record.
• Hosting and database providers (such as Vercel and a managed PostgreSQL host): to run the app and store your account and content.
• Email delivery (Resend): to send account and service emails.
• Sign-in and security (Google, GitHub, Cloudflare Turnstile): to let you sign in and to block automated abuse.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data and generated content while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time. Some records (for example, payment records held by Creem) may be kept longer where the law requires.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at ericqp202410@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. International transfers

Our providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence. We only use providers that apply reasonable safeguards to protect it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in the app.
